All prices include breakfast and vat and are for the room with two people sharing.

Rosehill is strictly non smoking establishment.

Check in from 3:00pm – Check out 10:30am

Cancellations within 2 days of arrival will be charged for the entire length of stay, if cancelling while resident with us it will incur the full charge of the stay.

Regrettably we do not accept pets.

During busy periods we may require a minimum 2 night stay over a weekend.

We accept cash, cheques and all major credit cards, except Amex.
